Louisiana. Uskichitto Retreat Center is a small, non-profit camp and retreat facility in southwest Louisiana. We rely on volunteers to keep us running. We are seeking assistance: kitchen manager (prepare cook and serve food in accordance with Safe Serve practices and supervising meal prep by college staff), maintaining grounds (maintaining gardens, clearing brush, etc.), servicing equipment (tractor, chainsaw, weed-eaters, generator, etc.), or housekeeping duties (cleaning cabins and other buildings).
