New Mexico. Enjoy the life of enchantment and high desert scenery at Cochiti Lake and Recreation Area while volunteering as a handyman. Approximately 50 miles N of Albuquerque and 35 miles SW of Santa Fe, NM. Main duties: perform basic repairs, provide maintenance to recreation structures including painting, carpentry, grounds clean-up, and other special projects. Will require some walking, bending, and carrying depending on duties assigned. Previous experience with basic maintenance tasks desired. Knowledge in carpentry, painting, plumbing, etc. Good problem-solver and detailed-oriented. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
