Texas. Matagorda County Birding Nature Center needs year-round or six-month commitments for park host. Park host responsibilities: kiosk coverage, grounds maintenance, cleaning, restock bird feeders, assisting with event center and community service workers. RV hookups provided on the Colorado River, electric and WiFi included. 20 hours per week per adult. Beautiful Texas winter! 20 minutes from the beach. Barberville Pioneer Settlement

Florida. Due to a cancellation, we have an opening available. Step back in time in sunny central Florida and help us teach school children about the days of old. You will love our friendly atmosphere while demonstrating candle making, woodworking, blacksmithing, weaving and more. Other duties include kitchen management, groundskeeping, light cleaning, and maintenance. Needed for October 2025 through mid-April 2026 season. 20 hours weekly per person in exchange for the site and FHU. Background screenings are required. North Carolina. Join us at Safe Harbor Farm this winter & spring! We have sixty acres of forested walking trails, nearby ocean beaches, a shaded dog park and a teaching apiary. Minimum 1 month; 2-4 months preferred. 10 hrs/week/person in exchange for a $3.00/day electric-water-sewer site. Quiet, pet-friendly, non-smoking nature center with only 2 sites. Workampers trim trees, add woodchips to trails, keep the dog park looking nice and help with general landscaping & building maintenance. No office work.
