Park host responsibilities: kiosk coverage, grounds maintenance, cleaning, restock bird feeders, assisting with event center and community service workers. North Carolina. Join us at Safe Harbor Farm this winter & spring! We have sixty acres of forested walking trails, nearby ocean beaches, a shaded dog park and a teaching apiary. Minimum 1 month; 2-4 months preferred. 10 hrs/week/person in exchange for a $3.00/day electric-water-sewer site. Quiet, pet-friendly, non-smoking nature center with only 2 sites. Workampers trim trees, add woodchips to trails, keep the dog park looking nice and help with general landscaping & building maintenance. No office work.
