Multiple States. Mission Builders of the ELCA is an outreach ministry of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. This ministry is designed for Christian RVers to travel, construct buildings for camps and churches while working to glorify God. This work can be physically demanding. MB has paid employment and short-term (as little as one week) volunteer opportunities. RVer participants who work less than a month receive no monetary remuneration, but do receive a full RV hookup. MBs typically work 40 hours per week, Tuesday - Saturday. If deemed capable of doing the work after a 10-day trial period, an individual may be employed at minimum wage and receive workman’s comp coverage. Want to join our fun or learn more?
