How the AGS Workamper program works...

Working for AGS allows you to earn a living and travel. You are not tied down to one campground for a whole season. When traveling from one assignment to another, there is time to stop along the travel route and see the things that make this country great.

Our sales representatives work entirely on commission as independent contractors (you are not an employee). If you have a sales background and are not afraid to walk into a business and introduce yourself, then this might be the opportunity you are looking for.

What we are looking for in our team members...

We are looking for couples who want to accept at least 10-12 assignments per year. The perfect team has one sales professional and one person who is organized with basic office and computer skills. Our most successful teams work up to 23 assignments per year and still have time to see this wonderful country.

Successful applicants will complete a 6-7 day training program with one of our trainers and then receive a number of assignments to begin immediately. As you complete assignments, the home office will offer you additional assignments as your schedule allows.

Our trainers are actual working representatives, who will never be more than a phone call away. In addition, AGS is family owned and operated and always available to provide support. We will do everything we can to make you successful. May your journeys be blessed!
