Today PMC manages over sixty outdoor recreational facilities and six camp stores on California's Golden Coast and Colorado's Rio Grande. Including locations in Big Sur, Ojai, and Santa Barbara.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Camp Hosts and Day-Use Attendants work hard to protect our parks, keep them clean and safe, and provide each and every guest with an exceptional PMC camping experience.

  • Reservation management
  • Greet guests and answer any questions they may have
  • Explain campground layout and direct guests to campsites
  • Ensure proper payment is received
  • Enforce rules and regulations as outlined by Parks Management Company
  • Inventory and stocking of campground supplies to include firewood, cleaning supplies, etc.
  • Clean campsites after camper departure
  • Maintain bathroom cleanliness and properly stock with essential toiletries
  • Rubbish Collection and Consolidation
  • Basic grounds keeping including vegetation removal
  • Daily financial reporting
  • May provide backup to kiosk and Day-Use Attendant
