We are a couple with a knowledgeble background.  We will bring with us the ability to help make your campground/resort a smooth and effeicent place of fun and excitement.  We will use our knowledge to work with you and coworkers to bring ideas to expand and possibly improve things around your facility to bring in more campers wanting to really enjoy their stay.  We are a fun loving couple who enjoy children, animals and adults.

  Charles "Sonny" has 30+ years of construction history from framing clear to move-in ready.  He can do it all, carpentry, plumbing, electric, drywall, painting. can operate bobcats, tractors, backhoes, zero-turn mowers and is  HVAC Type I & II EPA certified. Was licensed in Texas in 1990 [Rail Road Commisiom] to pump propane.   He has been Maintenance Supervisor of apartment complexs, he has worked as a workamper in the past in Florida, N. Carolina, Illinois, Ohio and Texas. From family owned campgrounds to Golf & RV resorts to KOA and Yogi Bear Jellystone Park..[Asst. Manager and he was YOGI].  He has working knowledge of maintenance, security, cook, and assistant manager, also has ability to design and construct campground expansion and building construction.  And he is  very freindly and curtious with other campers and everyone he meets and works with.  He will work whatever position which needs filled.

Dianne has been in retail as a clerk/cashier to manager of convenience stores and service stations [Duke/Duchess] to training new manager for management, training them in all aspects of the stores operations from Deli food prep to running a store. I have the basic knowledge of Campground Manager & KOA computer programs.  I have raised her 2 daughters to adulthood on my own, and since teaming up with Charles ["Sonny"] wants to enjoy life as a workamper [newbie] and the freedom to meet new people and see the USA. I am very curtious to  the public in general. I can clean everything from restrooms to offices.  I am somewhat a fast learner and appeciate life in genaral. I will work whatever position which needs filled.

We own a restored 1973  Superior H2500 se Dodge Motorhome.  Motorhome is 90% original condition with updated A/c, refrigerator, lights and awning.  Artwork on both sides were done by previous owner and has had many compliments.  It is taken care of and lived in 24/7.  Can send more pictures if needed.

 We have a 7 y/o cat "Fuzzball" and a 2 yr old Terrier/Pom dog "Sunshine"
