Picking: pulling items for customer orders. Must be able to be on feet for 8-10 hours per day, walk 10-15 miles per shift, and able to repetitively lift, bend, stoop, and squat to select items. Must have good hand-eye coordination and the ability to read a hand-held scanner.
Shipping: must be able to stand for 8-10 hours, have good hand-eye coordination and able to keep up a fast pace.
Receiving: must be able to stand fairly stationary throughout 8-10 hour shift. Must also be able to lift, bend, stoop and squat repetitively, have good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to read a hand-held scanner. |
